Right of withdrawal for contracts with private customers, according to the Distance Selling Act:
Consumers can revoke their contractual declaration in text form or by returning the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods and this revocation instruction in text form in the case of distance selling transactions without stating reasons. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods in time. The revocation is to be sent to the above address. This right of revocation does not apply to the delivery of goods which have been manufactured according to the specifications of the contractual partner or which have been tailored to individual needs or which are not suitable for return due to their nature as well as to the delivery of software if its seal has been opened. In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived shall be surrendered.
