LOBO scooped ILDA Awards in Dubai
LOBO received 7 Awards during the annual ILDA Conference in Dubai - more than any other enterprise.
The largest professional companies in the laser show and multimedia sector from around 30 countries are organized in the "International Laser Display Association", ILDA for short. The world umbrella organization, founded in 1986 in the USA, not only defines exchange formats and standards for laser shows, but also offers a forum for the exchange of know-how and the latest technical achievements in the industry within the framework of an annual conference.
The highlight of this year's event in Dubai was also the ceremonial presentation of the ILDA Awards. This award, which is given for the best laser shows of the year by competitors to competitors, is considered in professional circles as the 'Oscar' of the laser show industry and as the most objective benchmark in show design.
LOBO's Creative Director Alexander Hennig could take home more awards than any other company with the impressive number of 7 awards. With the almost unbelievable number of 158 awards in total, LOBO thus sovereignly leads the all-time ranking of all ILDA awards ever given, with a clear distance to the competition.
This year, an outdoor multimedia attraction in Cairo as well as a multimedia production, which was created in cooperation with the extremely successful Munich music project "Lichtmond", caused a special sensation. Furthermore LOBO could score with a Christmas show for the planetarium in Stuttgart as well as several spatial beam shows also in the classical disciplines of laser entertainment.
Alexander Hennig: "We are immensely proud of this success. Because every single award stands for an outstanding team performance, which can only be achieved if everyone sets the highest standards for themselves and often pushes the limits of what is possible. Without this perfect interplay between creatives, engineers and technicians, such a result would be unthinkable."
