New Flame Effect Equipment
A safe, easy-to-handle, attractively-priced and exceptionally spectacular highlight for various events: flame technology.
As a new and very impressive stylistic device, fire effects are increasingly applied in multimedia shows.
Compared with pyrotechnics, the flame effects are also relatively safe and virtually do not leave any residues. The flame of type FLAME-4H, which is generated by propane gas, can be adjusted to a height of up to 4 m and requires a safety distance to the sides of just 2.5 m. Depending on the application, there is an indoor and a weatherproof outdoor version available. One gas bottle is sufficient for the operation, a separate gas connection is therefore not required.
As an alternative to propane gas, LOBO provides the version FLAME- 4HS which operates by means of fuel cartridges. The screw-in-type cartridges, based on an aerosol, are available with different types of fuels for different colors which generate flames in the colors orange, blue, magenta and gold.
A 500-ml cartridge is sufficient for 50 shots (flame effects). Contrary to the propane gas version, this version generates a pillar-shaped flame instead of a fireball.
Especially for outdoor applications, the type FLAME-13HO offers an impressive total height of 13 m. What’s special about it: this propane-based version can also be applied horizontally, just like a "flame thrower". The safety distance to the flame should be 8 m in all directions. As opposed to the smaller flames, this approach features a reservoir which is first filled with gas and then ignited explosively at the press of button. After a loading time of approx. 15 – 30 seconds, the next ignition can be carried out.
Despite these enormous flame dimensions, the weight of this device is below 50 kg and can be applied flexibly. The control of all flame effects is carried out easily and comfortably via DMX – thus, the flame effects can be perfectly integrated into a show and synchronized to the music. Alternatively, two controllers are available: the controller FCON-2 for 2 effects, or FCON-8 which can handle up to 8 individual flames. Also included is a key switch as well as an emergency shutdown button. The ignition can not only be effected via DMX, but also manually, directly on the controller.
