sparks® Systems - Spectacular Show, Spectacular Bright and Spectacular Environmentally Friendly

For more than 28 years, the LOBO electronic GmbH of managing director and company founder Lothar Bopp has been dealing with laser systems in the show and entertainment sector. In April 2009, after only 19 months of development, the company launched the brightest multicolored laser system ever called sparks®. For this impressive innovation the company from Aalen receives the special award of the FinanzVerbund der Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken 2010.

sparks® is a new, modular product family of high-performance projectors used, for example, to create spatial beam effects at major events or projections on building facades. Until a few years ago, bulky laser devices were needed for this purpose, which required enormous infrastructural and personnel resources due to their high power and cooling requirements. The sparks® systems, on the other hand, are not only extremely easy to install and handle, they can also be easily reconfigured at any time individually and application-specific.

sparks® lasers can realize extremely bright and spectacular projections even on very large or even curved surfaces such as gas boilers, snow or gigantic satellite dishes. This is made possible above all by the PCS (Post-Collimated Scanning) process developed by LOBO, which focuses the laser light into a particularly thin and thus very bright beam even over large distances.

What is particularly impressive is that despite this high performance, the sparks® lasers are designed for maintenance-free continuous operation and can even be operated at an ambient temperature of over 45 degrees. This is made possible by the advanced, intelligent thermal design and the triple active cooling system. At the same time, the sparks® systems are characterized by high environmental friendliness, as energy consumption has been reduced by about 99% compared to the old gas-ion technology.

So many positive features attract success. Thus, the company LOBO could already win two design awards with sparks® besides the special award of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. Furthermore, the innovation sparks® has already been used at high-ranking events, such as the New Year's celebration in Bucharest, in EUROPA PARK and at the National Day in Doha. The company expects that in 2010 more than 50% of its total sales will be generated by the sparks® series and will ensure considerable growth.
