Test Run spray Water Screen

Typical test situation for a spray Water Screen of the TL-SPF series, in daylight in a reservoir – prior to delivery to the customer. This video shows a spray Water Screen model TL-40SPF, which has a central pump-nozzle combination in a stainless steel design. It produces an almost semi-circular wall of water mist with a maximum diameter of 30-40 metres. The pumps are designed as multi-stage submersible pumps with cooling jacket, check valve, and mesh filter. The central high-performance nozzle has a high gain factor and is replaceable. The control cabinet shown is designed in protection class IP-55 and has an automatic star-delta soft-start control, motor protection, and residual-current circuit breaker. To increase operational safety, it is also designed with triple redundancy.
