LOBO Electronic, Aalen. With the awards presented in Bratislava for creative achievements in the categories "Beam Show" and "Laser Photography", LOBO is still leading the all-time ranking of total amount of ILDA Awards received by all laser show providers worldwide. In the category "Beams/Atmospherics Show for a Single X-Y Scanner Pair" – which is especially important for laser shows – LOBO's show "J.A.B.S" (below) by Show Designer Philipp Wendt scooped first place. With an extremely high amount of precision he crafted the impression of lasers that don't simply interpret the music, but actually "play" them. In the category "Beams/Atmospherics Show for Multiple Scanner Projectors", LOBO was awarded with an excellent third place for the show "The Mamba" by Roman Schütz. In this show, which is based on a remix by Nancy Sinatra's world-famous song "Bang Bang", ten laser projectors created an impressive spectacle. An additional second place award was given to LOBO in the category "Laser Photography" with the photo titled "Trinity" (above), a laser light sculpture created and photographed by LOBO's Creative Director Udo Gauss.
