Lobo electronic GmbH realizes the premium demands of the music project „Lichtmond“. Alan Parsons called them the “modern day Tangerine Dream or Kraftwerk”. Now, LOBO electronic GmbH from Aalen and the audiovisual poets of the project “Lichtmond” have cooperated to create unique live experiences together.

For this purpose, LOBO, the globally leading manufacturer, lessor and producer in the laser and multimedia sector, has developed a multimedia kit for live events on a rental basis as well as for permanent installations. This project takes a large audience away into magical dream worlds. With this, LOBO realizes the premium demands of the Munich-based music project “Lichtmond”. Their career is decorated with gold and platinum and no other release during the summer of 2014 has had a launch as magnificent as “Lichtmond 3” – Rank 1 in the Amazon 3D Blu-ray Charts in front of all Hollywood blockbusters and from “0” to “1” in the German Top 20 Music DVD Charts.
The LICHTMOND team around the brothers Martin und Giorgio Koppehele creates dream worlds of unparalleled beauty by means of magical sounds and impressing computer animations. At the same time, “Lichtmond” has made a commitment to uncompromising production quality: Surround sound in perfection meets 3D content in 4K resolution together with poetic collages under the participation of celebrities, such as Alan Parsons or Midge Ure and Sky du Mont.
During the preparations for “Lichtmond 3 - Days of Eternity”, Lobo and “Lichtmond” launched a production cooperation. The specialists from Aalen provide for example multimedia shows, experience worlds and live performances of “Lichtmond”. LOBO’s Creative Director: “When we met Giorgio and Martin for the very first time we got along very well with each other right away. We share the same high demands for our work and I believe the results of this cooperation speak for themselves.” Together with the Spanish 3D artist Diego Bonati, completely new content was created, allowing to create different video layers by means of Water Screens and offering 3D experiences without the need for goggles, the Creative Director explained. On basis of the show kit, virtually anything from an impressive 10-minutes multimedia spectacle up to feature-length stage performances with artists and the musicians is possible. Additionally, LOBO also provides ready-made “Lichtmond” show programs for its clients and as an attraction for leisure facilities.
Interested parties have the opportunity to discover the multimedia experience world of “Lichtmond” with all senses during a demo show in LOBO’s studios in Aalen. In addition to elaborate laser and effect technology, LOBO also offers 3D sound on the basis of waveform synthesis.
