Vögele – World of Quality

LOBO staged an impressive multimedia show for the Vögele company in a membrane tent (with the majestic dimensions of 110x60x28 metres) that was specifically manufactured for this event and supported by only eight poles. Vögele, the world market leader for road pavers, commissioned LOBO not only with the production, but also with the complete technical realization of the event. Elaborate 3D computer animations in combination with laser projections as well as other laser and video projections on a water screen end in an impressive finale with a spacial beam show that amazes the 3,500 guests – all this forms the highlight of the evening.

experimenta Science Center

The Science Dome within experimenta is a world first: a hybrid between a planetarium and a theatre stage. Germany's largest science centre offers the possibility to rotate the audience area by 180° – this allows not only classic stage shows but also projections in a planetarium dome of over 700 m². In addition to a Water Screen with over 5,000 nozzles, 6 laser projectors are installed in the Science Dome, which are supplied with laser light by a sparks PowerDeck via fiber optics to display impressive 360° FullDome shows.

My Freedom

Spectacular multi-projector beam show, enhanced by the use of effect mirrors. Based on an initially subdued film score, the show intensifies in sync with the music to create an overwhelming, rousing experience. Harmoniously staged, using unobtrusive, gentle colour combinations, this show builds towards a brilliant finale.

New Year's Eve 2009, Bucharest

The most spectacular use of the new sparks® laser technology at this point: the approximately 30-minute New Year's show in front of the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest. The parliament building in Bucharest is the second-largest building in the world with a floor area of 65,000 m². Within the opulent outdoor show, directed by Jerry Appelt, a sparks® system projected the pivotal countdown to the turn of the year directly onto the 275 m wide façade. Five other laser systems projected fantastic beam effects into the audience – due to their enormous brightness, they were extremely visible despite the fireworks and the more than 64 City Colors, 360 Moving Lights and 60 Space Cannons.

Wirtgen Group - Mineral Technology Days (short version)

LOBO stages a monumental spectacle for Wirtgen: the "Show of Synergies" with huge construction machines and an enormous array of laser and fire technology, artists, and acrobats (here in a 4-minute condensed version). All the technical stops are pulled out for 2,500 customers from all over the world on the occasion of the "Mineral Technology Days" at Wirtgen in Mühlheim an der Ruhr: in addition to a sophisticated set-up of effect lighting, sparks and bliss lasers, a large array of pyrotechnics, a Spray Water Screen, an 80 m² LED screen and machines weighing up to 100 tonnes that virtually dance a ballet, around two dozen artists and fire acrobats are also integrated in an impressive choreography on the huge event area - the audience is amazed.

Corporate Event - Festhalle Frankfurt

As the highlight of a sales meeting, LOBO presents a spectacular laser performance that is second to none in the Frankfurt Festhalle, which is packed with several thousand participants. Under the direction of the production office Zweiplan, the task is to generate an extremely spectacular laser show for the customers. For this purpose, LOBO relies on 4 ultra-bright sparks laser systems: one of them for projecting onto a screen, and 3 for spatial fan and beam effects directly into the audience. The result is euphoric.

Mercedes-Benz Laser-Display in Showcar, Presentation CES

The self-driving Mercedes prototype "F015 – Luxury in Motion" uses a laser display developed by LOBO. This sophisticated prototype was presented for the first time in Las Vegas. In his keynote speech at the entertainment and electronics trade fair CES, none other than Daimler CEO Dieter Zetsche himself presented Mercedes' future vision of autonomous driving to the astonished audience. A highly miniaturised laser projector integrated into the Mercedes star of the vehicle, which was designed by the LOBO engineers specifically for this show car, allows a variety of information to be projected directly onto the road in front of the car - including, for example, distance information and warnings to pedestrians or other vehicles.

Choir Divine

Sensational laser beam show to epic monumental film music. Using several projectors and furthermore supplemented by effect mirrors, this show holds creative highlights in store. Particularly impressive beam structures, which combine into brilliant patterns under the use of the effect mirrors.

Propapier - Inauguration PM2 (short version)

Using multimedia, LOBO staged the opening ceremony of the world's largest paper machine for corrugated board: Progroup's PM2 - a giant with its own power plant and an extension of 2.7 km (here in a 4-minute short version). After speeches, a tour of the machine, a lavish meal and various show performances, the guests are invited to the highlight of the evening on the terrace of the gala tent - the impressive new facility lies in front of them. An artist floating on a helium balloon lights the "fire" in the power plant. A glistening laser beam symbolically transfers the energy to the main plant, bringing it to life. The initially normal-looking glass façade almost suddenly becomes the scene of irrational phenomena: high-voltage lightning flashes through the rooms, ceilings start to move, the machine appears. The perfect illusion, the result of an elaborate laser and video mapping. Finally, the scenery sinks into a sea of colour and laser light.
